Booking & Deposit Terms

To secure your pet's place on one of our scheduled journeys, a non-refundable deposit of £250 is required at the time of booking.

The deposit reserves your pet's space and covers the administrative, scheduling and planning costs associated with arranging your journey.

Payment Terms

A £250 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.

The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than one month before the travel date.

Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in your booking being cancelled and the deposit being retained.

Cancellations

If you cancel your booking for any reason, the £250 deposit is non-refundable.

If cancellation occurs within one month of the travel date, any payments already made may also be non-refundable, as your space has been reserved and travel arrangements will have been made.

Changes to Travel Dates

Any request to change a travel date will be considered subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Our Commitment

In the unlikely event that Above Board Pet Travel is unable to provide the agreed transport service, any payments made by the customer, including the deposit, will be refunded in full.

Above Board Pet Travel is fully licensed and authorised to transport animals in the UK and Europe. Our licences, vehicle approvals and company registrations are listed below for your reference.

Acceptance

Payment of the £250 deposit confirms that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
